The Fight of Our Lives by William J. Bennett & Seth Leibsohn

The Fight of Our Lives: Knowing the Enemy, Speaking the Truth, & Choosing to Win the War Against Radical Islam is one of the most thought-provoking books on my bookshelf today. Bennett & Leibsohn bring to light the truth behind the political double-speak (also known as political correctness) that has pervaded our society. This book is not about teaching tolerance of Radical Islam; this book is about truly understanding Radical Islam so that we can be prepared to defend ourselves against those who are out to destroy us.
I was fascinated by the facts that Bennett & Leibsohn presented – they cited vast amounts of research, news, and political reports, among many other sources, most of which I had never before been privy to.  The Fight of Our Lives opened my eyes to the serious facts: the general public (both in the United States and all over the world) does not really know much about Radical Islam and the reason we don’t know much is that politicians (especially here in the U.S.) have glossed over the truth in order to keep everyone happy. Bennett & Leibsohn make it clear that until we admit that there is a problem, we cannot begin to help ourselves. We need to turn our country back to Truth. I would highly recommend this easy-to-read, eye-opening report to anyone who is interested in knowing the truth behind the politics.
